Senior Resource Coordination Specialist
About the Role:
We seek a seasoned professional with expertise in high-volume contingent recruitment to fill this key position. As a critical member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional groups to execute fast-paced strategic resourcing initiatives across Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the fulfillment arm and consultant by driving creative solutions for each client engagement.
* Possess an in-depth understanding of clients' internal challenges and develop solutions leveraging strategic resourcing methodologies and best practices.
* Educate internal stakeholders and clients on optimal implementation strategies for these methodologies.
* Negotiate fulfillment options with all parties involved.
* Qualify business opportunities to determine viability.
* Identify and overcome internal and external hurdles hindering the sales process and develop solutions/roadmaps to address them.
* Develop and maintain profitable relationships with partners.
* Maintain open communication with the partner community regarding projects, new business, and status updates.
* Communicate candidate status promptly to partners involved in the interview process.
* Source candidates for requisitions spanning multiple departments, locations, and skill levels.
* Leverage diverse sourcing channels and source high volumes of candidates directly and through staffing partners while meeting SLAs.
* Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient interviews, drive offer processes, and maintain candidate pipelines.
* Manage candidate experience, including positioning opportunities, administering technical exercises, coordinating schedules, summarizing feedback, making hiring recommendations, and managing the offer process, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
Key Qualifications:
* A proven track record of delivering high-volume full-life cycle recruiting, managing key stakeholders, customers, and business leaders, preferably within staffing or contingent worker spaces.
* Extensive experience in resourcing, ideally within IT Technical fields such as Networking and Infrastructure, Cloud, or Security disciplines.
* Familiarity with recruitment database tools, CRM's, Excel, and Human Resources information systems.
* Consulting experience, particularly in leading change efforts within staffing initiatives.
* Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work strategically as a resourcing representative with internal stakeholders and the strategic resourcing team.
* Strong planning, time management, and organizing abilities.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
