**Skills and Attributes**
To be successful in this role, you possess the following:
- Be able to greet patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
- Efficiently answer telephone calls and complete appointment booking maintenance
- Possess a keen interest in fashion and style
- Optical dispensing qualifications will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Ability to deliver exceptional patient service over the phone and face-to-face
- Have an affinity to work with younger patients
- Be willing to attend training courses when required
- Implement social media marketing strategies and initiatives, window displays and in store events
**About the role**
- A great work/life balance with no late nights or weekends
- 3 days per week, Monday - Friday
- Occasional relief may be required at our Bondi practice
