Job Title: Manager – Holiday Apartments
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a holiday apartment complex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the holiday letting pool and build strong relationships with property owners.
* Oversee trust accounting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
* Coordinate bookings, guest communication, and daily operational workflows to optimize guest satisfaction and occupancy rates.
* Supervise onsite staff and maintain high presentation standards across the property, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
* Collaborate with external contractors, cleaners, and service providers to deliver exceptional results.
* Prepare detailed reports, owner statements, and month-end processes to drive business growth and revenue.
