About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join migdesign' as a full-time Cabinet Maker in our Welland, SA 5007 workshop. You will be an integral member of our talented team, creating high-quality custom cabinetry and furniture pieces for our residential and commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
* Produce custom-made cabinets, wardrobes, shelving, and other furniture items to client specifications
* Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise construction and installation
* Operate woodworking machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble components
* Collaborate with the design team to bring clients' visions to life
* Perform finishing work such as sanding, staining, and polishing
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and is delivered on time
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
What we're looking for
* Formal qualification in cabinet making, carpentry, or a related trade
* Minimum 2 years experience as a cabinet maker or furniture maker
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
* Skilled in the use of woodworking tools and machinery
* Eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills
