We're on the lookout for an experienced Dispatch Forklift Driver to join our friendly Warehouse team at our brand new Horsley Park site. If you enjoy being part of a fast paced, supportive warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.
About the Opportunity
This full-time, permanent role supports the Dispatch and Warehouse Coordinator in keeping day-to-day warehouse operations running smoothly and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
You'll take the lead on stock movements, loading and unloading, pick and pack, and quality checks, while operating a forklift with a strong commitment to safety. With safety front and centre, you'll make sure every customer receives their order in top condition, right on time.
About the Role
Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
Load, unload, stack, and move materials within the warehouse or production area using the forklift to optimise loads.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, including aisles, storage areas, and equipment.
Refer to 'Google Calendar' daily to ensure orders including sundries are completed by the target dispatch date.
Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including logbooks, delivery records, and incident reports adhering to specified timeframes.
Contribute to a positive and equitable working environment through the following behaviours – lead by example, be positive, accountable and results‐driven.
About You
Must hold multiple classes of forklift licences to operate various equipment types.
MYOB and WMS experience desirable.
Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, within in a team environment.
Commitment to complying with our zero-tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy.
A good level of health and fitness with the ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening and pre-employment medical assessment.
