Site Foreman (Concrete & Formwork - Various locations)
For over 50 years, Atlas Building (WA) has delivered some of the state's most iconic, award-winning projects. With a strong pipeline ahead, we are growing our operations and looking for an experienced Site Foreman (Concrete & Formwork) for our structures business unit.
About the Opportunity
As an experienced Site Foreman (Concrete & Formwork) you will have the responsibility for supervising site operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring concrete and formwork works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This role is suited to a hands-on leader with significant construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage site activities in a fast paced commercial construction environment.

Your relevant experience, ability to work independently, coupled with your ability to effectively perform the key accountabilities, will ensure you are set up for success in this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements, SWMS, site procedures, and company policies.
* Supervising daily site activities for concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and associated works.
* Coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment.
* Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
* Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project requirements.
* Managing site productivity and ensuring crews meet daily and weekly targets.
* Maintaining quality standards across formwork installation, concrete pours, finishes, and remedial works.
* Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and site inspections.
* Liaising with project managers, site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
* Identifying and resolving issues before they impact the programme or quality of the works.
* Maintaining accurate site records, including labour, materials, delays, and daily progress.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Foreman in concrete and formwork.
* Significant knowledge of formwork systems, reinforcement, concrete placement, and finishing.
* Experience working on commercial, civil, industrial, or high rise residential construction projects.
* Experienced in reading and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site crews.
* A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front.
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing site priorities.
