What You'll Do
* Manage end‐to‐end service delivery to ensure services meet agreed performance standards and business outcomes.
* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, customers, vendors, and delivery teams.
* Lead service transition activities for recent and changed services, including service catalogues and service agreements.
* Monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous service optimisation initiatives.
* Coordinate internal and external service providers to ensure integrated and efficient service delivery.
* Ensure services, solutions, and operational processes comply with security, governance, and technology standards.
* Manage planned and unplanned changes while minimising business disruption and maintaining stakeholder communication.
* Support incident response activities and contribute to operational resilience initiatives.
* Lead the development and testing of business continuity and service recovery plans.
* Provide reporting, insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision‐making.
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience in Service Delivery Management within complex enterprise or government environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across technical and business teams.
* Experience managing technology services, service performance, and operational support functions.
* Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and business process optimisation initiatives.
* Sound understanding of IT service management frameworks and operational governance practices.
* Experience coordinating cross‐functional teams and third‐party service providers.
* Strong communication, problem‐solving, and organisational skills.
* Ability to operate autonomously and exercise professional judgement in fast‐paced environments.
* Experience supporting business continuity, incident management, and change management activities.
* An active NV2 Security Clearance is required for this position.
