Senior College Campus Operations Manager - Melba Copland Secondary School Full-time Permanent
Details: The ASO5 Campus Operations Manager at Melba Copland Senior College reports to the dual campus Business Manager and provides coordination of the day‐to‐day administrative operations of the campus. The role ensures the delivery of efficient, professional and student‐focused services that support teaching and learning within a senior college environment.
The position leads the Front Office Team and coordinates the Business Services Officer (BSO) and Information Technology Officer (ITO) on the senior campus promoting quality service delivery, effective workflows and a positive experience for students, families and staff.
The Campus Operations Manager holds primary responsibility for the administration and effective use of core student and school management systems, including Sentral, Timetabler, ACS, Markbook and related student services applications. Working closely with senior executive team and teaching staff, the role ensures data accuracy, system integrity and compliance with Directorate and BSSS requirements.
The role contributes to strategic and operational decision‐making by providing accurate data, sound advice and operational expertise that supports whole‐school improvement.
