Customer Support Coordinator

CBRE Asia Pacific is looking for an Entry Level Facilities Administration support role for a key client. The focus is on finance, property, and operational management. This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.


Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for valued customers and tenants.
* Coordinate service and facilities teams in response to customer requests.
* Timely manage and process customer requests, queries, billing information, and work requests.
* Maintain account administration records in the system and support the FM's onsite team.
* Ensure service providers meet contractual obligations.


Qualifications

* Previous administration experience with a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
* Call and query handling and call resolution skills.
* Strong time management and organisational skills in a busy environment.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and call centre technology.
