The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing underground mine planning, designing operational strategies and leading a team of professionals. The role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant software, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement mine plans that ensure safe and efficient operations
* Led a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
* Mine Planning experience (over 7 years)
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant software
