Overview
On 1 January, Alfred Health will merge with Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service to form Bayside Health, a newly merged service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians.
The new entity will offer comprehensive care and expanded career opportunities.
Subject to final approval on 1 January, all current employees will transfer to Bayside Health.

About The Role
The Team Leader – Cloud Computing is responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on the design, implementation, and optimisation of cloud and on-premise infrastructure and services.
This role ensures the organisation's cloud environments are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
A key focus is driving cost optimisation, automation and operational excellence across public, private and hybrid cloud platforms.
About You
* Proven experience in cloud engineering or architecture, with leadership responsibilities.
* Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud models.
* Expertise in cost optimisation tools and techniques (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management).
* Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CI / CD pipelines).
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.
