Job Description
This is a high‐visibility role partnering closely with senior leadership and owning complex property accounting across a diverse asset portfolio.
* Prepare and manage financial reports for assigned property portfolios
* Coordinate month‐end close, including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Partner with property and leasing teams on budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and performance analysis
* Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate audits and year‐end reporting
* Oversee outgoings estimates and annual reconciliations
* Ensure accurate tenant receivables, incentives, and recoveries
* Act as systems super user for property and accounting platforms, driving enhancements and best practice
* Identify and implement process improvements in a growing, evolving environment
* Liaise with external advisors on tax, compliance, and statutory matters
The Successful Applicant
* Degree‐qualified and CA or CPA qualified
* Minimum 5 years' experience in property accounting or relevant professional services background
* Strong experience with property accounting systems (MRI experience essential)
* Advanced Excel capability and strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Hands‐on, autonomous, and comfortable operating in a fast‐moving, less structured environment
* High integrity, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
