About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the storyteller and brand guardian for Three Blue Ducks. You’ll lead brand and marketing strategy across all venues and projects, delivering smart, creative, and effective marketing that drives results, builds customer love, and strengthens our brand. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, perfect for someone who can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution, and turn ideas into outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing strategy for the Three Blue Ducks group.
- Act as brand guardian across all venues and touchpoints.
- Design, track and optimise marketing programs that deliver against brand, customer and business goals.
- Lead paid media strategy to drive results.
- Plan, create and execute content across website, social, email and in-venue channels.
- Develop engaging, on-brand content with agencies and partners.
- Report on marketing activity and campaign performance with KPIs and actionable insights.
- Interpret customer, market and venue data to guide campaigns and identify opportunities.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and participate in monthly P&L; reviews.
- Collaborate with venue managers, chefs, events teams, senior leadership, and agency partners to deliver cohesive marketing programs.
Role Capabilities:
- Tertiary degree in Business or Marketing (highly desirable).
- 5+ years in a marketing role - hospitality, lifestyle or creative industries a bonus.
- Knowledge across full marketing funnel, with proven end-to-end campaign management.
- Strong digital marketing, social media and data analysis skills.
- Commercial acumen with confidence interpreting performance metrics.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Loves good food, good people, and genuine hospitality.
- Cares about sustainability, community, and the planet.
