ReGroup is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment and mobilisation function supporting mining and haulage operations across Western Australia.
Based in Osborne Park, this role will lead a team of four and oversee recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation activities across a broad portfolio of blue‐ and white‐collar positions, from operational site‐based roles through to senior leadership and corporate appointments.
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced operational environment, enjoys building capability within teams and can partner closely with operational leaders to deliver workforce outcomes.

About the Role
* Reporting to the General Manager – People & Capability
* Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters and mobilisation personnel
* Managing end‐to‐end recruitment across mining operations and corporate functions
* Supporting recruitment for senior and specialist positions
* Overseeing onboarding, mobilisation and workforce compliance processes
* Ensuring efficient mobilisation outcomes across multiple operational sites
* Partnering with operational leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities
* Driving recruitment performance, process improvement and reporting
* Supporting talent pipelines and workforce attraction strategies
* Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
About You
* Previous recruitment experience within mining, construction, logistics or a similar operational industry
* Demonstrated leadership experience within an internal or agency recruitment function
* Strong experience managing high‐volume recruitment and mobilisation activities in fast‐paced operational environments
* Ability to recruit across both blue and white‐collar roles, including senior and specialist positions
* Sound understanding of onboarding, mobilisation and workforce compliance requirements within FIFO operations
* Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* A practical, solutions‐focused and team‐oriented approach
* Experience leading recruitment teams within operational or project‐based environments will be highly regarded
