Your new role
As a Procurement Contracts Specialist, you'll be instrumental in supporting our procurement and legal teams during a major M&A initiative. You'll lead the review, negotiation, and harmonisation of supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and unlocking value across the newly combined organisation.
* Conduct due diligence on supplier contracts across merging entities
* Identify contractual risks, obligations, and opportunities for consolidation
* Renegotiate terms with vendors to align with new business objectives
* Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration
* Maintain accurate contract records and support post-merger audits
* Contribute to the development of standardised procurement templates and processes
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in procurement contract management within Healthcare
* Demonstrated involvement in M&A activities, including contract due diligence and integration
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
