Role Overview
Civil Engineering Draftsperson/Roofing Estimators play a pivotal role in the building industry.
Our ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of house frames, trusses, and common building codes and practices, enabling them to quote/draw plans with precision.
* AppliCAD Software Proficiency: Detailing of House Roofs and Commercial Projects
* Technical Drawing Skills: Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, engineered plans, verbal instructions, and site visits
* Collaboration: Seamlessly integrating and working with management, builders, project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors to produce and alter drawings
* Creative Problem-Solving: Thinking creatively and critically to support the project/sales team in the design process, to create accurate steel framing constructions
