About the Role
* Lead day‑to‑day workshop operations
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and chargeable performance
* Oversee a workforce of 120 trades and apprentices
* Supervise coordinators, planners, and QA/QC
* Drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains
* Liaise with clients on reporting, delivery, and quoting
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
What You’ll Bring
* Trade qualification (Diesel or Auto Electrical preferred)
* Experience managing a large mobile maintenance workshop
* Strong understanding of UG/OP mining equipment (preferred)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Pronto (desired)
* Valid manual driver’s licence
* Clear National Police Clearance
* Confident, empowering leadership style
