Senior Revenue Consultant - TechnologyOne Property & Rating

What You'll Actually Do
* Lead and deliver Property & Rating improvements, upgrades, and implementations.
* Run workshops that deep-dive valuations, property lifecycle, charging structures, instalments, recoveries, and annual billing.
* Design and configure TechOne P&R solutions that make council processes cleaner, faster, and less chaotic.
* Build and troubleshoot ETLs, workflows, DocOne templates, DocViews, BPA workflows, and other background wizardry.
* Fix data issues, run reconciliations, support UAT, and help councils stop duct-taping processes.
* Share knowledge with clients, support juniors, and help councils level up how they use P&R.

* Employment Type: Permanent full time
* Office Location: Melbourne, Sydney and New Zealand
Qualifications
* Deep hands‐on experience as a senior end user / Rates SME / system admin for TechOne Property & Rating.
* TechnologyOne CiA Experience is a must.
* Strong understanding of property and valuation management, rating structures & levies, instalments & supplementary cycles, revenue, recoveries & compliance, EOY and annual billing cycles.
* Solid grasp of business process analysis (BPA) configuration; ability to map actual vs desired processes and design improvements.
* Experience with ETLs, BPAs, DocOnes, and workflows.
* Confidence to run workshops, ask hard questions, and guide councils toward smarter processes.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
* Team‐first attitude – willing to collaborate onsite.
