Document Management Specialist

The primary function of this position is to oversee documentation for multiple active projects, assigning document numbers and handling incoming transmittals containing deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with document control and drawing management, as well as proficiency with Bentley ProjectWise drawing/document management system. They must possess strong attention to detail and process orientation, with the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role involves verifying transmittals and advancing document reviews based on a set distribution matrix, ensuring the return of reviewed documents to contractors and maintaining an up-to-date record within the Bentley ProjectWise system.

A key aspect of this position is prioritizing tasks effectively, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage competing deadlines and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
