New Care Services is a growing and dedicated not‐for‐profit organisation committed to providing exceptional in‐home care and support to Veterans, older Australians, and people living with disability.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to provide frontline leadership to our Personal Care Workers and support high‐quality service delivery across DVA, My Aged Care, and NDIS programs.

Your Role
As our Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our workforce and ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations. The role is based in Slacks Creek, with a travel requirement as required from North Brisbane to the Gold Coast. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing frontline support and supervision to PCWs
* Leading training, performance management, and staff development
* Participating in interviews, selection, and onboarding
* Supporting rostering with worker insights and service knowledge
* Acting as the primary point of contact operationally
* Coordinating the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme (ACVVS)
* Leading the NDIS Day Program commencing in 2027
* Undertaking support work as required.

Who We Are Looking For
* Experience supervising or supporting frontline workers and volunteers
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar) mandatory in addition to Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services highly regarded
* Strong understanding of DVA, My Aged Care, and/or NDIS programs
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively
* A respectful, professional, and team‐focused approach
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Working with Children Check, Police Clearance, First Aid, CPR and Basic Life Support, or ability to obtain.
