Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer
The Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer supports the delivery of high-quality property campaigns, strengthens the agency's brand presence, and assists sales agents with personal branding and creative design. This role requires someone highly creative, organised, and confident in graphic design - particularly with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Key Responsibilities
Property Marketing Coordination
* Assist in launching and coordinating all property marketing campaigns.
* Book and manage photographers, videographers, floor plan, copywriters, and signboard companies.
* Prepare listing materials including brochures, DL cards, open-home packs, window cards, and auction collateral.
* Upload and maintain listings on REA, Domain, and the agency website.
Social Media & Digital Content
* Design and schedule content for the agency's social media platforms (Instagram, WeChat, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu if relevant).
* Capture short-form content at opens, auctions, team activities, and community events.
* Assist with monthly content calendars and basic analytics reporting.
* Support agents with personal branding content and post templates.
Graphic Design, Creative Design & Branding
* Create high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
* Design creative layouts for property campaigns, agency-wide promotions, and community marketing.
* Maintain consistent brand presentation across digital, print, and signage.
* Develop new templates for brochures, guides, newsletters, and event materials.
* Assist with bilingual design requirements (English/Chinese), where needed.
Personal Marketing Support for Agents
* Create professionally branded personal marketing assets such as:
* Just Listed / Just Sold tiles
* Market updates
* Prospecting DL flyers
* Presentation slides and social tiles
* Magazines / booklets
* Help agents build and maintain a consistent online presence.
Agency Marketing & Brand Support
* Assist in creating agency-level branding materials including:
* Office brochures & recruitment collateral
* Community event branding
* Awards submissions
* Monthly newsletters
* Sponsorship materials
* Support marketing for auctions, community events, and sales campaigns.
Administration & Coordination
* Maintain marketing schedules, content calendars, and campaign trackers.
* Liaise with printers, signage suppliers, photographers, and videographers.
* Process invoices and update supplier spreadsheets.
* Support the Marketing Manager with general marketing administration and reporting
Skills & Experience Required
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
* Native or fluent level Mandarin language skills are essential for effective bilingual communication and design work.
* Strong Canva skills with excellent aesthetic judgement.
* Demonstrated creative design ability, with a high attention to detail.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Good written communication and copywriting basics.
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced real estate environment.
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
* Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Experience in real estate or property marketing.
* Basic videography or photography experience.
* Knowledge of REA/Domain portals or CRM systems.
* Understanding of digital advertising (Meta/Google) is a plus.
