The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time experienced Chef de Partie to join us at Adelaide Airport. You'll be part of our fast-paced, high-volume operation, primarily working across Coopers Alehouse and our production kitchen, delivering exceptional food and service to thousands of travellers every day.

What will you do?
Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies
Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Highly skilled at minimising waste
Demonstrate a solid understanding of HACCP and Food Safety standards
Collaborate with the Head Chef to establish, execute, and evaluate food service standards
Address food preparation issues with managers, kitchen, and waiting staff
Demonstrate techniques and provide advice on cooking procedures
More About You
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
Proven ability to work within WHS and HACCP guidelines
Strong interpersonal, communication and time-management skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead or support a team under pressure
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
Experience with ordering, stock control, and kitchen admin
