We are seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers in Perth both North and South of the River
Support individuals with complex needs — including sensory, physical, and intellectual disabilities, often with challenging behaviours — living in shared accommodation. Assist with daily living, promote independence, and enable community access while making a real difference every day.
Your Responsibilities
* Assist customers with all aspects of daily living — including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance and household tasks — while consistently promoting dignity and respect
* Communicate and build meaningful connections with customers, adapting interactions to meet each individual's unique needs.
* Encourage and take part in daily activities, including dance classes, swimming, and various social events
* Safely and confidently operate modified vehicles to transport participants to appointments, activities, and community outings
* Follow person-centred plans and assist individuals in working towards their personal life goals
* Maintain accurate records of supports and services through timesheets, case notes, and incident reports
What we're looking for
* A customer-focused individual with a genuine passion for supporting people to live fulfilling lives
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, respectful relationships
* Flexibility and resilience when working with people with complex needs and behaviours
* Have knowledge and experience in Active Support and are willing to learn
* Valid Driver's Licence (essential)
* Cert III in Disability/Individual Support (Disability) – desirable but not essential
