About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Parts Interpreter to provide exceptional parts support to both external customers and our internal workshop team. This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and source vehicle parts to meet client and workshop requirements
* Process and place parts orders, including special orders and back orders
* Manage repair orders, credit returns and out-of-stock items
* Complete parts documentation in accordance with manufacturer and quality standards
* Maintain technical knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties and campaigns
* Accurately record sales transactions in internal systems
* Assist the Parts Manager with stock control, dispatch and general duties
* Occasionally work beyond standard hours to meet customer needs
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent organisational ability and time management
* High commitment to workplace health and safety
* Solid computer literacy
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Current forklift licence
* Ability to pass a police clearance, pre-employment medical and drug screen
