We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist / Speech Pathologist to join our growin team. In this role, you will assess communication needs, develop therapy plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to children and adults. You will also work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to support each participant's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete speech, language, swallowing, and communication assessments
* Develop personalised therapy plans and deliver 1:1 sessions
* Support participants with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), social communication, literacy, and functional communication
* Provide guidance and training to families, carers, and support workers
* Maintain documentation aligned with NDIS and professional standards
Requirements:
* Degree in Speech Pathology
* CPSP membership (SPA registration)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* WWCC (Working with Children check)
* Strong communication and report-writing skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay: $130.00 – $150.00 per hour
