Experienced Blender / Compounder – Immediate Start

Minehan Agencies is one of Queensland's leading manufacturers and suppliers of specialised cleaning and maintenance products. Our product range includes absorbents and spill control solutions, aerosols, safety equipment, and cleaning and hospitality supplies.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and self‐directed Blender/Compounder to join our Townsville‐based manufacturing and distribution team. This role focuses on the production of hand cleaners, soaps, detergents, and degreasers.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain blending equipment in accordance with safety standards
* Accurately measure and mix raw materials to meet product specifications
* Monitor blending processes to ensure product consistency and quality
* Conduct quality checks and testing on finished products
* Assist with manufacturing, packaging, and labelling processes
* Maintain accurate documentation of production and inventory in line with compliance requirements
Australian work rights are required for this position.
You will offer
* A qualification in chemical manufacturing or industry experience is preferred.
* Candidates without a chemical manufacturing qualification must have a minimum of 1-2 years of industry experience.
* Acceptable industry experience includes chemical manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or process operations.
* Current High Risk Licence to operate a forklift is essential.
* A good level of physical fitness is required, including the ability to safely lift items weighing up to 25KG.
