About the role
In this role you will...
* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on operating theatre equipment including lights, pendants and surgical tables
* Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic systems in hospital environments
* Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high standard of service and communication
* Manage service requests and complete accurate documentation within internal systems
* Travel across your territory (Adelaide and occasional interstate) to support customer needs
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety, quality and regulatory standards
About you
* Background in electronics, electrical engineering or similar technical field
* Experience in field service, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or laboratory environments
* Hands‐on problem solver with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers
* Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and perform under pressure
* Holds (or able to obtain) relevant electrical licences (e.g. disconnect/reconnect, 240V)
