Opportunity
Due to continued project growth, NACP Projects in Darwin is looking to expand our team of experienced construction professionals in 2026 and are now looking to appoint a suitably qualified Project Manager who is able to demonstrate experience in a range of construction including defence, education, industrial, retail and;
* Autonomous delivery of construct only and/or design and construct commercial building projects;
* Leading and managing teams of construction professionals including mentoring, training and performance management;
* Outstanding stakeholder management and client focus;
* An understanding of Building methodologies and current industry best practice;
* Understanding of current QHSE Act and Legislation;
* Quality management and continuous improvement practices and processes;
* Monthly commercial reporting, progress claims and variations;
* Effective implementation and knowledge of AS Form of Contracts;
* Negotiation and dispute resolution skills;
* Working within externally and FSC accredited systems;
You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management or similar and proven experience in the Australian market. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in a similar position within the Australian construction industry preferably across aviation and/or defence industry projects. The successful candidate will also need to provide a current police check, proof of residency/working entitlement and identity verification information prior to being made a formal offer. Australian citizens who are eligible to apply for/currently hold a AGSVA security clearance would be required.
