Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Promotions Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotions across various channels.
About the Role
This role is responsible for:
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams to craft engaging promotional campaigns.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date promotional documents, templates, trackers, and calendars.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure they are briefed on campaign requirements.
* Sourcing and fulfilling prizes for promotional events.
* Assisting with writing and valuing proactive promotional proposals and reactive responses for sponsorship.
* Operating broadcast equipment to support live or recorded segments.
* Ensuring smooth execution of all promotional activities.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar environment – radio, TV, or media promotions.
* A qualification in marketing and/or event management.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and engage effectively with key stakeholders at all levels.
* Able to demonstrate exceptional accountability and multitasking abilities.
* A strong business financial literacy.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to measure, report, and learn from results.
