About the Client Services Officer (Medical) Role
Join a fast‐paced, people‐focused role where every interaction makes a difference. As the first point of contact, you'll help create positive experiences, connect people with care and support healthier, stronger communities.
This onsite role offers meaningful face‐to‐face client contact and direct community impact every day. Reporting to the Medical Services Coordinator, this is an ongoing full‐time role (1.0 FTE) based across our Northern Suburbs locations.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and stakeholders.
* Manage reception, call centre tasks, referrals, client fees, appointments and enquiries.
* Support clinical staff, students, and volunteers with day‐to‐day administration.
* Drive continuous improvement and support quality and client satisfaction initiatives.
* Process service requests and triage clients in line with procedures.
To succeed in this role you will have
* Strong customer service skills with relevant experience.
* Ability to effectively organise and manage tasks.
* Demonstrates strong problem‐solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Ability to manage a high volume of calls and client‐facing interactions.
* Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook.
* Familiarity with or ability to learn Client Management Systems such as Maica, Best Practice and Titanium (desired).
