Our cement manufacturing facility requires an Electrical Engineering Graduate to assist in the performance, reliability, and improvement of large-scale electrical systems and maintenance operations.
This role involves working closely with experienced engineers and maintenance professionals in a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will gain meaningful project experience from day one under the mentorship of industry experts.
The duration of this contract is six months maximum.
* Contribute to the development of maintenance strategies and procedures.
* Support Sustain in Business projects to enhance equipment performance.
* Collaborate with site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams.
* Operational support across multiple sites.
As part of our team, you will be exposed to various engineering initiatives and play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing assets operate safely and efficiently.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and engineering principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Valid driver's license for site travel required.
* Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Confidence engaging with stakeholders across teams.
Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not essential.
* Access to external online training and short courses based on project needs.
* Ongoing coaching from senior engineers and mentors.
* Real-world experience to prepare you for future roles in maintenance, reliability, or broader engineering functions.
