Full-Time Site Manager | New Education Site in Peppermint Grove

We're excited to be opening a brand-new education in Peppermint Grove in January ****, partnering with a prestigious school to deliver exceptional food services.

Training will begin early to mid-January, with the site opening shortly after.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site operations, including staff rosters, function planning, and execution
Manage all catering services as per contract requirements
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Develop, inspire, and manage a high-performing team
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, boarders, and staff
Desired Skills And Experience
Experience in hospitality operations, preferably in education or boarding schools
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple sites
Strong relationship and contract management skills
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
