About the role
Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. Your day‐to‐day may include:
* Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
* Encouraging skill‐building, independence, and decision‐making
* Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans)
* Following person‐centred plans with empathy and professionalism
What You'll Bring
* A passion for empowering people with disability
* A can‐do attitude and growth mindset — you're open to learning and ready to make a difference
* NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above)
* Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
* Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week (15–20+ hours)
* The ability to travel to multiple locations across the Newcastle region
