About the role
Are you ready to be at the heart of a transformative journey? The Public Transport Authority’s (PTA) Business Transformation Program is reshaping how our corporate and operational support services work across PTA. We’re seeking a proactive, detail‑driven Program Management Governance Coordinator to champion governance excellence and keep this ambitious program on track.
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive program governance—developing effective frameworks, streamlining reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening the organization’s broader strategic portfolio management function, supporting consistent oversight and alignment across major initiatives. Working closely with diverse teams and leadership levels, you’ll provide insights that enable informed decision‑making and foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.

If you’re skilled in data visualisation, experienced in high‑level reporting, and passionate about fostering strong stakeholder relationships, you’ll fit right in. Bring your problem‑solving mindset, your ability to influence across teams, and your drive to help transform the PTA into a modern, data‑driven organization.

- Proficiency in data visualisation and performance reporting to support informed, evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Practical experience in benefits management, including identifying, tracking, and measuring outcomes against strategic objectives.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to coordinate, monitor, and deliver multiple priorities effectively.
