Do you know your way around a coffee machine and have a passion for supporting older Australians? We're looking for volunteers for our residential aged care cafes - creating social connections and welcoming spaces to improve the quality of life of our valued residents.
What You'll Be Doing
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light refreshments to our residents, staff, and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
* Build relationships with our residents, offering a friendly chat while you serve their favourite drinks and snacks.
* Help maintain the café's cleanliness and organisation, making sure everything is ready for a relaxing experience.
What We're Looking For
* Some experience working with coffee machines or in food service environments would be ideal.
* A genuine passion for supporting seniors and making their day a little brighter.
* Friendly, patient, and a great listener – our residents love a chat so be ready to swap a story and spread positivity.
