About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a proven Site Manager with experience in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects to become part of our team for a hotel refurbishment project in Hobart. This is a contract role for a minimum 6 months.
You will support the successful delivery through all aspects of site, quality and safety management. You will work closely with the project team to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional level of quality.

Skills and experience
* Experience in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects from $1M to $50M - experience on hospitality projects preferred but not essential
* Minimum 3+ years Site Managing experience
* Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
* Experience in working in an occupied environment
* Attention to detail, coupled with a sense of urgency
* Ability to effectively use Procore, Microsoft Excel and Project
* Excellent knowledge of site OH&S and Safety Management
