Responsibilities
* Grow the consumer lending book through identifying and meeting customers' needs and maximising customer retention.
* Determine customers' goals and aspirations through quality conversations and deepening customer relationships at every interaction.
* Unlock new home lending needs by identifying opportunities within existing portfolios, working with aligned Bankers to generate new referrals, local business generation activities and targeted marketing strategies and activities.
* Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service is achieved by accurate and timely processing of all lending applications.
Qualifications
* A high level of energy and enthusiasm.
* Drive and tenacity.
* Experience and enjoyment of all aspects of financial analysis.
* Demonstrated lending experience.
* Passion for relationship management and a proactive approach to improving the customer experience.
* NAB System knowledge – Siebel, OBP and EBL.
* A collaborative approach and strong team player mindset.
