The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in internal recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience working in complex, multi-site organizations. They will be skilled in proactive sourcing and workforce planning, with the ability to anticipate and respond to market trends.
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
