We're looking for a Crew Leader for our civil construction team who can run crews' day to day and make sure jobs are done safely, on time and to standard. You'll be organising daily work, keeping teams moving across different sites, checking quality, and sorting problems before they turn into delays. You'll keep an eye on time, costs and service levels, report anything that's off track, and adjust work plans when needed.
You'll support your crew on the ground by showing them how the job should be done, making sure safety rules are followed, and stepping in when standards slip. You'll make sure traffic control is set up properly, worksites are safe, audits and checks are completed, and WH&S requirements are met. You'll deal with customer questions politely to keep things running smoothly.
