Responsibilities
* Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to a high standard
* Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities
* Restock supplies and ensure everything is perfectly presented for new arrivals
* Report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
* Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to deliver seamless service
* Assist guests with friendly and professional service if approached during your duties

Requirements
* Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles (hospitality experience preferred)
* High attention to detail and pride in presentation
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* A friendly and professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
* The ability to work efficiently, both independently and in a team
* The flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends, evenings, and public holidays
