Customer Ambassador
If you are interested in working with a dynamic and dedicated team delivering world‐class events, the Customer Ambassador role is for you.
The role supports the safe end‐to‐end delivery of major, minor, sport, community and entertainment events at GMHBA stadium. You will work predominantly at stadium gates and stands, assisting with ingress and egress and resolving ticketing and event operations matters. The position requires knowledge of the stadium and adherence to Kardinia Park Stadium Trust event plans, standard operating procedures and emergency management protocols. As the first point of contact for customers, you will deliver excellent service to ensure a positive, memorable experience.
Success in this role requires a passion for the Events and Entertainment Industry, a positive outlook, strong leadership and collaborative skills, and proven experience in exceptional customer service, problem‐solving and effective communication with customers.
Logistics Officer
As a dedicated team player, you will ensure the safety, efficiency and success of the stadium during a wide range of events. You will coordinate logistics, manage supplies and equipment, and work closely with others to prepare the stadium for various operations.
Key responsibilities include following instructions, maintaining safety manual‐handling procedures, and applying problem‐solving skills with a positive, can‐do attitude to overcome challenges.
Requirements: intermediate to advanced English fluency, strong work ethic, and commitment to flexible working hours that may vary with sporting fixtures or events. Availability on weekends, public holidays or after business hours is essential.
