Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic Mental Health team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges through high‐quality clinical care, advocacy, and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence‐based nursing care to patients within the 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Centre (MHCC).
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive clinical and professional expertise.
* Promote patient safety and quality of care, practicing within scope of nursing practice and the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Decision Flowchart.
Qualifications
* Valid working visa (for fixed‐term appointments) or Australian citizenship / permanent residency.
* Experience in mental health nursing (implied from role description).
