**MARKETING COORDINATOR**
St Marys Diggers & Band Club (SMDBC) is looking for a talented and motivated marketing professional to help drive the Club's marketing and communications in a hands-on role.
With both venues located in St Marys within close proximity, the SMDBC group offers two established social and entertainment venues. We provide a range of dining options, bars/sports bars, weekly activities, function spaces, bowling greens and quality entertainment, all delivered with first class service in a welcoming, family friendly atmosphere.
The successful applicant will be part of a dedicated team working in all aspects of the business including food and beverage, rewards, communications, entertainment, events, promotions, membership, community, sponsorship, and sport.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and analysis of various marketing campaigns that drive membership, visitation and revenue, amplifying through key marketing channels including traditional and digital communication channels.
- Development and maintenance of member rewards program.
- Working with department leads to contribute to & develop strategies to grow food, beverage, gaming and functions revenue.
- Coordinate marketing collateral & communications for members & staff including managing printing and signage production from beginning to end.
- Coordinate all internal and external marketing material and signage ensuring it is up to date and removed upon expiry.
- Coordinate the website for both venues via Wordpress and regular EDMs using Mailchimp.
- Drive Business Development Strategies
- Drive social media engagement through fun and innovative content creation and provide ongoing analysis for both venues.
- Coordinate Sponsorships and Partnerships.
- Communicate and drive community programs.
**Desired skills and experience**:
To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the below skills:
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple campaigns / projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate understanding of members rewards programs and how they operate in a Club environment as well as an understanding of the regulatory requirements involved.
- Ability to work well within a team and exhibits excellent communication skills across a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Suite (including Excel, Word), Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator), Mailchimp and Wordpress.
- Experience with EBET Metropolis and SwiftPOS software highly desirable.
- Previous experience in pub / club / hospitality industry preferred.
- Good knowledge and proven record in driving social media platforms.
- Able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision toward KPI's / goals.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn budgeting and cost/benefit analysis process.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
