With increasing demand and continued expansion, we are looking for ambitious Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our growing WA team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate who wants to build a long-term career in technical sales, customer solutions, and hydraulic systems. You will receive hands-on exposure to hydraulic products, engineered systems, customer interaction, and business development while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Assist in identifying new business opportunities and customer needs
* Learn hydraulic products, systems, and market applications
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
* Participate in customer visits, quotations, and technical support activities
* Develop a strong understanding of customer service and solution-based selling
About You

* Interest in hydraulics, fluid power, or industrial equipment
* Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes
* Strong work ethic and professional attitude
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
