Technical Account Manager
A Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services plays a pivotal role in helping customers derive maximum value from cloud technology. This position requires expertise in operational parameters and troubleshooting, along with experience working with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for customers
* Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
* Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
* Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
* Consult with various partners from developers to C-suite executives
* Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers

Requirements:
1. 5+ years of technical engineering experience
2. Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, or applications development in a distributed systems environment
3. Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
