Description
As the eCommerce Site Coordinator at MUJI Store Support Service, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the content for our online retail platform. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintain and update website content including product listings, imagery, banners, and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
* Support the setup and delivery of new product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and visually consistent
* Assist in tracking eCommerce performance, analysing product trends, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and user experience
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure content supports campaigns and enhances the customer journey
* Use and continuously build capability in platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Shippit while contributing ideas to improve site functionality and efficiency

Skills and Experiences
* Experience in a retail, digital marketing, or eCommerce support role
* Basic understanding of website content, digital marketing, or product merchandising
* Experience or familiarity with Shopify and integrated apps, Klaviyo and Shippit
* Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational and communication skills
* Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
* Interest in retail, fashion, home goods, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
