Job Summary
Perth Territory Manager (Metro North) – responsible for forging positive partnerships with veterinary clinics, pet retail and emerging eCommerce customers and servicing independent, state and national key accounts. You will also seek to grow market share by acquiring new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Represent the Hill's brand through regular visits, meetings and seminars to achieve increased distribution and recommendation.
* Engage in customer visits and in-person sales calls.
* Implement the territory management plan.
* Identify and acquire new business opportunities to grow market share.
Candidate Profile
* Leader with exceptional communication skills.
* Strong relationship management and customer focus.
* High self‐motivation and passion to increase sales.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, embracing change.
* Digital savvy – competent with Google Suite or similar and applying digital tools to analyze sales data.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a similar field (preferred).
* Recent graduate with some sales experience (FMCG or pharmaceutical) preferred.
* Valid driver's license required.
Location & Travel
Perth, Western Australia, Australia. Remote available. Travel required: 75% of time or more.
