Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join a high-performing HR team supporting a complex and dynamic workforce.

The Position
As a trusted Senior HR advisor, you will partner with leaders across the business to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions that support business objectives and workforce effectiveness. Working closely with specialist teams, you will provide practical, compliant and commercially focused people advice.
* Partnering with leaders to provide commercially focused HR advice.
* Supporting organisational change and workforce planning initiatives.
* Coaching leaders on employee relations and performance management matters.
* Supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives, managing employee lifecycle activities.
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies, coordinating with specialist teams to deliver effective people outcomes.
* Supporting governance and workforce compliance activities and contributing to HR process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or similar role.
* Experience supporting large and diverse workforces.
* Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations and HR best practice.
* Demonstrated capability managing complex employee relations matters.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and coaching skills.
* The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving and relationship management skills.
* Experience working within large, complex organisations will be highly regarded.
