What You’ll Be Doing
- Build connections: Visit sites, call prospects, and create opportunities across Melbourne.
- Sell smart: Offer tailored fencing and gate solutions that really meet customer needs.
- Own your patch: Manage key accounts, close deals, and hand over seamlessly to the project team.
- Stay sharp: Keep your CRM up to date and share insights with estimators and project managers.
- Fly the flag: Represent the brand with pride at every client visit, event, or coffee catch‑up.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B field sales experience (bonus points if it’s in construction, fencing, or trade services!)
- A proven track record of smashing sales targets
- Top‑notch communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence working independently out on the road
- A valid driver’s licence and comfort with CRM and quoting tools
- Even better if you have:
- Experience in fencing, gates, or construction‑related products
- Knowledge of quoting, estimating, and project handovers
