What you'll be doing:
Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagement
Take a hands-on role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targets
Help create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store setting where team members feel supported and empowered
Coach and develop team members, building capability and a positive, results-driven culture
What you bring:
Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
A proactive, hands-on approach to store operations and team support
Solid communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
A cooperative leadership style focused on team development and operational excellence
A genuine passion for people, community, and delivering great customer experiences
